Learning Outcomes
Graduates understand that communication, collaboration, and decision-making are influenced by cultural values, perceptions, and communication styles. They are familiar with key theories and frameworks of intercultural communication and can analyse cultural differences using established models. Graduates recognize the impact of cultural norms, stereotypes, unconscious biases, and critical incidents on interpersonal interactions and teamwork. They are able to apply appropriate communication and conflict management strategies to collaborate effectively in multicultural and international business environments.
