DESCRIPTION:Apply here\n \nApplication deadline: 7 October 2026 \nLearn how to improve processes\, solve real business challenges\, and earn a globally recognized Lean Green Belt certification. \nDetails\nCourse Content \nHow do successful organizations continuously improve their performance? How do they reduce waste\, increase customer value\, and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement? In this elective\, you will learn the principles and tools of Lean Continuous Improvement and apply them to a real-life improvement challenge. Throughout the course\, you will work on an A3 improvement project\, enabling you to translate theory directly into practice. You will start by exploring the foundations of Lean\, including the five Lean principles and the eight wastes. Next\, you will learn how to understand customer value using tools such as the Kano Model and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The course then focuses on process analysis through Value Stream Mapping (VSM). You will learn how to map current processes\, identify waste and bottlenecks\, and prioritize improvement opportunities. Using the Kaizen methodology\, you will define problems\, investigate root causes through techniques such as the 5 Whys\, and develop effective improvement solutions. You will also gain hands-on experience with Lean concepts such as flow\, takt time\, line balancing\, pull systems\, Kanban\, 5S\, and visual performance management. Through simulations and practical exercises\, you will discover how these tools contribute to more efficient and reliable processes.In the final part of the course\, you will focus on implementation and sustaining improvements.
