The E³UDRES² ARENA is the federated digital platform for E³UDRES² European Universities Alliance.
This Course aims to offer an overview of regulations, copyright legislation and open licensing possibilities in science and education in particular. The module will develop the understanding of current international and European legislation surrounding the protection of data and of copyright laws.
This course offers an overview of the principles and practices of Open Access publishing and Open Science. It develops your understanding of models of open access, open licenses, transparency and reproducibility, FAIR data, open peer review, and tools and platforms supporting open science across disciplines.
In this course, you will explore how openness transforms education by making knowledge accessible, shareable, and co-created. You will learn about the history and philosophy of openness, practical ways to use and create Open Educational Resources (OERs), and how innovative approaches such as Artificial Intelligence or MOOCs can reshape learning and teaching.
Politehnica University of Timișoara, as part of the E³UDRES² – Ent-r-e-novators project, together with all members of the E³UDRES² European Universities Alliance, organizes the E³UDRES² – Ent-r-e-novators PhD Summer School 2025 with the theme Open Practices in Higher Education.
In this course, you will explore how openness transforms innovation by enabling collaboration, knowledge sharing, and co-creation across disciplines and sectors. You will learn about the principles and models of Open Innovation, how ecosystems such as startups, incubators, and living labs drive change, and how tools like open data, citizen science, and design thinking can support challenge-driven problem solving. You will also discover how Open Innovation impacts organisational performance, the risks and opportunities it brings, and the future trends shaping collaborative innovation. You will find out about teh activities in Citizen Science performed during the project and their results, which you can use in your activity.

Participants learn how to design interactive tourist routes using digital storytelling, narrative mapping, and simple immersive tools. The course focuses on connecting stories, spaces, and audiences in responsible and engaging ways.
Through hands-on activities, learners develop their own route concept — from identifying a story-rich place to shaping an interactive experience that people can walk through and remember.
The course is suitable for those interested in tourism innovation, cultural heritage, storytelling, and creative industries. No advanced technical skills are required.

This is a free 3 ECTS module open to every profession in health and social care with basic knowledge in their field about the basics of ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health), collaborating and sharing information in digital environments, as well as ways of supporting the client’s Functioning in Digital Rehabilitation.

Welcome to Understanding Nutritional Quality For Better Food Choices: Proteins and their role in determining nutritional quality, developed as a E3UDRES2 Future Appetizer.
This course explores how proteins shape the nutritional quality of foods, with particular attention to protein composition, digestibility, and the factors that influence how effectively proteins meet human nutritional needs. Blending scientific concepts with applied examples, participants will learn how protein quality is evaluated, how digestion and bio-availability translate into nutritional outcomes, and how food processing, formulation, and food matrices can influence both protein functionality and nutritional value.
Through case studies, scientific literature, and analytical approaches used in modern food and protein science, this course connects molecular-level protein structure to pressing questions of food quality, human nutrition, and the growing role of sustainable protein sources.
This course will help you recognize, understand, and apply sustainable development perspectives in practice. It is much more than just environmental protection. You will broaden your understanding of what sustainable development means in practice and how you can utilize it in your work and life.
With the Basics of Sustainable Development course, you will get to know the key concepts and goals of sustainable development. You recognize the meaning and sub-areas of sustainable development in your chosen destination, for example in your own field of study. Later, you can apply these skills both in your studies and in your working life.
