The content is designed to provide basic knowledge of concepts related to change management – process of change\, definition\, planning\, implementing\, as well as factors which are related to effective change management: human emotions\, resistance\, and leadership. The theoretical framework will also be supplemented by practical examples reflecting the change situations.
