The course will discuss models\, frameworks\, and instruments of change management and communication. The content is designed to provide basic knowledge of concepts related to change management – process of change\, definition\, planning\, implementing\, as well as factors which are related to effective change management: human emotions\, resistance\, and leadership. The theoretical framework will also be supplemented by practical examples reflecting the change situations. The framework and application of change management in practice will be discussed and analyzed.   DetailsCourse Content The concept of change – drivers of change; definitions; the nature of change; recognition of the need for change; organizational change – complexity.Change management: change definition\, planning\, and implementation. Change management steps and significant factors.Different change management theoretical and practical models/frameworks. Instruments for change management.
