Skills: I am a researcher specialised in physiotherapy and movement science (PhD, MSc, BHealth) and was trained in the Netherlands and New Zealand.I have conducted applied (physiotherapy) research in the fields of sports injuries, neurology, orthopaedic diseases and education for over 15 years in clinical, technical and academic settings. In addition, I have successfully managed clinical research projects using different methodologies (quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods) from conception to realisation and have experience in the supervision of Bachelor, Master and PhD students.
My current projects consist of:
  • recognition of serious pathologies in physiotherapy
  • use of large language models in education
  • -markerless movement analysis for patients in clinic and home setting
