I have extensive experience in running and coordinating national and international projects in tourism development, sustainability, and the Blue Economy. My expertise covers the full project cycle, including project ideation, proposal preparation, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation. I am actively involved in research management and administration, contributing to field research design, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment within EU-, UN-, GIZ-, USAID-, and IPA-funded initiatives. I also support research funding and governance processes and currently serve as a COST Action Management Committee (MC) representative, contributing to strategic decision-making, networking, and coordination of international research activities. In addition, I have strong experience in start-up incubation and acceleration, applying CEFE and PREMA methodologies for business development, resource efficiency, and innovation in tourism. My work bridges academic research, policy support, and capacity building at local and regional levels.
